GET BACK TO SIMPLICITY
Let stress melt away on this daylong meditation retreat in Melbourne’s leafy outer east.
Sunday 27 October, 2024
10am-4pm
The Michael Centre
37A Wellington Park Drive, Warranwood
You don’t need a trip to Bali to unravel a busy mind and body. A day surrounded by nature, getting right back to basics, will leave you more refreshed and at peace than a regular vacation ever delivers.
Come spend a day where the demands of the outside world are gradually placed on mute. In quiet reflection and meditation – you won’t even be expected to make small talk.
But simply to turn up, exactly as you are, and make space for the peace within you to emerge.

Meet your retreat host and mindfulness guide, Bec.
Hey there! I’m so pleased you’ve landed here. Once upon a time, I was stressed out, full of anxiety and was ill-equipped to deal with what modern life was dishing me. That is until 2012, when I took my own first mindful breath. I can’t wait to share with you all I’ve learned in my quest for a calmer, more content and happy life.
